  So I don't review and do stuff like that, but words can't express my thanks to Joe for what he did today! First and foremost, I stopped at 6:20PM or so because my car was making a horrible clacking noise from the front driver side of my car. He was leaving for the day and when he saw me all confused he asked what I needed. I asked if he was an auto shop and of course he answered "no young lady, I fix radios". At this time I was so discouraged and upset because I had been driving for 3 1/2 hours from NC and still had 2 hours to go before I could get home. He calmed me down and took the initiative to look around my tires. I advised him that the previous Friday evening I had my brakes and rotors replaced and this was the 1st time driving it since then. He looked closely and noticed something wrong on my brake pads. He asked if I had the ratchet to loosen my bolts and started to get to work to remove the tires. He noticed the screws holding my brakes were completely missing. He asked questions about my car and told me to wait. Almost an hour later (drove to 4 different auto parts shop), he comes back with the screws and bolts and fixes the problem that could have caused havoc if it had fallen off completely. I know this sounds crazy, but Joe was my blessing in the sky and I know God kept him there after his normal hours for the reason to keep me safe. I thank you Joe and thank God for you. Below is what my brake was like before Joe did something that was not part of his job. I forgot to take a picture of Joe but it is engraved in my head forever! I can say that I am not sure of his skills in the fixing of radios, but he was great at helping me in my need and I believe he is just as knowledgeable in his actual field! THANK YOU JOE!
